Hi! Welcome to my Politics page! ☆

I wanted somewhere I could go to talk about what's happening in the world without judgement or prejudice.

All my life, I have been very opinionated and politically charged. I did a lot of activism when I was at University, but I really didn't understand much, and I still don't, but since then, and especially recently, the universe has aided me in travel and education so my righteous anger can be directed in the right places!

I am a revolutionary ecosocialist. I believe that capitalism is the root of the majority of suffering on this earth, and I want to spend my life fighting for a version of civilisation that I know, deep down, is possible.

This summer has been spent travelling and learning. And boy have I learnt a lot. So much, that I don't even know what to do with myself. But I also have so much more to learn.

To expand a bit on what I mean by revolutionary ecosocialist; I believe that our top priority, as humans, should be to look after our planet - the planet that has homed us and fed us for a very long time. This is impossible with capitalism, where the importance of money supersedes all. Capitalism has put the human race in grave and immediate danger, and it is urgent that we overthrow the global powers and have an international revolution.
However, I know this won't happen overnight. It takes meticulous organising, comraderie, and planning. And unfortunately, many people are disenfranchised and nihilistic. Nihilism is very dangerous.
